JL Local has a 30 day return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory products, US postage is provided for these types of returns. International postage is not provided.
If a package is determined to be lost or stolen, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed but our team will work very closely with you to resolve the issue in favor of the customer.
If a package is sent to the wrong address because of a mistake on the customers part, a refund or replacement is not guaranteed but our team will work very closely with you to resolve the issue in favor of the customer.
We will never leave a customer hanging!
