Eden Reforestation

One of our top priorities at JL Local is focusing on bettering the environment we call home. We strive to have a positive environmental impact which we accomplish in a variety of ways. JL Local has teamed up with Eden Reforestation to combat challenges that many territories and habitats face in todays world.

Through our partnership with Eden Reforestation, we assist in restoring healthy forests as well as combating poverty. Eden Reforestation employs local villagers to plant millions of trees every year! So far, nearly 400 million trees have been planted throughout Ethiopia, Madagascar, Nepal, Haiti, Indonesia, Mozambique, Kenya and Central America. These efforts to combat deforestation have many positive effects. The trees provide a habitat for animals, purify water sources, restore ocean health, control flooding and erosion, and help to replenish the soil with nutrients needed for farming.
